Medical

STS offers at least two PPO health insurance plans to its employees to choose from. The company pays 75% of the employee only coverage of the high deductible plan and 50% towards health coverage for spouse and dependent children. Employees are able to choose any provider they wish – however, when employees choose a provider from the PPO network, they have the opportunity to save significantly on out of pocket expenses. STS offers a optional Health Savings Account (HSA) along with the high deductible PPO plan to assist with out of pocket expenses.

A Cigna Global Healthcare plan is offered to qualifying STS employees working overseas. The same premium contribution percentages apply as above. This international plan covers certain vision expenses, as well.

Dental

STS offers employees two dental insurance plans to choose from. STS pays 50% of the high deductible plan (50% paid by employee) for employee and dependent coverage on the basic dental plan. Employees may also purchase the lower deductible plan and dental coverage for spouse and dependent children. There is no waiting period for major services.

Vision

STS offers a voluntary vision plan. Employees may purchase vision for themselves and dependents at a low monthly cost. This plan covers annual exams, frames, lenses, lens coatings and contacts, etc.

Group Life Insurance & Accidental Death and Dismemberment

STS offers $50,000 Group Life and AD&D Insurance to each employee as a fully paid benefit. Employees may purchase additional coverage for themselves and dependents.

Voluntary Life Insurance & Accidental Death and Dismemberment

Employees have the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance for themselves, spouse and dependents.

Short Term Disability Insurance

STS offers short-term disability as a fully paid benefit to its employees. The maximum weekly benefit is $700 and the maximum weeks of benefit duration is 13 weeks.

Long Term Disability Insurance

STS employees may purchase voluntary long-term disability insurance. The monthly benefit varies based on pay with a maximum benefit of $5,000 per month.

Flexible Spending Account (Medial and Dependent Care)

STS offers a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), that lets you use tax-free dollars to pay for non-reimbursed medical, dental and vision care expenses (refer to IRS Publication 502 for a complete list) for you or for anyone you claim as a dependent on your tax return, including your spouse or dependent children. A maximum annual deduction is established each year and will be communicated to employees.

Education Assistance

STS offers a annual allowance for tuition reimbursement for undergraduate courses, graduate courses, technical training, and online courses that are offered for college credit by accredited colleges/universities. Courses must also be job or degree related, or related to STS business in preparation for career development.

Paid Time Off

STS provides paid time off (PTO) to employees to use for personal leave such as vacation or sick time. PTO is accrued bi-weekly.

STS grants it's employees ten paid Holidays per calendar year.

401(k)

All employees are eligible to participate in the STS 401k retirement plan. There is no waiting period for participation and the plan is immediately vested. STS has a discretionary match program. To learn more about our 401k provider visit the Standard at www.Standard.com.
